Macleay Cruises boat charter Sydney

All damage to vessel and  breakages other than general wear and tear is at cost to the client.
A 50% deposit is payable immediately to secure your booking, This is a non refundable payment.  In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit may be transferred to another date agreed to by both parties.
Bookings cancelled within one month of booking will be invoiced at full cost.

In the unlikely event of Macleay Cruises cancelling the booking, the  client will receive a full refund and an opportunity to reschedule at  their convenience.
Responsible Service of Alcohol applies (RSA).
Full payment required 14 days prior to departure.
Price and confirmation of date is based on agreed numbers at time of deposit payment, any change may incur costs.
Children travel at adult fares.
